Feast for Freedom
18th December 2010
On Saturday AFA hosted the Feast for Freedom, an end of year fundraising dinner in Auckland. Over 30 of our supporters, friends and family attended and we made over $600 which will go towards our work next year.
We chatted over a yummy meal of raw broccoli salad, lasagna, egg plant soup, garlic bread, poached pearss and caramel sauce. After dinner and a presentation about the year some of us stayed for the New Zealand premiere of Bold Native, a feature length fictional film about the Animal Liberation Front. View the trailer here.
By all accounts it was a great night!
